My favorite or most successful project this year was researching the photographer. I researched Herb Ritts and i thought it was very interesting, however what made it so fun was trying to photograph using his style. I think I learned the most from the elements and principles project because, though it was a pain, it set a bases for what I should look for and use in my future photos. So as I grow as an artist I will always have these principles to look back on and guide me. I think I have a personal connection to the selfie project. This project was to make a blend of things that represent you in photoshop. This reflects me as an artist because it is filled with everything I love and that is important to me in my life. My feedback for this class was just that not everything was super enjoyable but there were really fun projects and experiences that will help my artwork in the future. I liked how towards the end of the year we developed a pattern of assigning projects on monday and having them due fridays. It made it easy to keep track of what we needed to be working on.
